Granted, the General Assembly may not have specifically laid down any rules or guidelines on this particular concept, but ‘perjury’ is a word that would normally send shudders down the spine in any respected investigation agency in any of the Member States.
This is a word that would normally send the head of any respected investigation agency into an apopleptic fit….
This, however, is the UN, so words like ‘normally’ and ‘respected’ have no meaning here, and in any event, satirical comments on whiteboards are much more serious than something that was possibly perjury.
